Requirements
- Passport Copy: Required for the director and all involved representatives or key personnel managing the branch/representative office.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill or bank statement is required for the director and key personnel associated with the branch/representative office.
- No Share Capital Requirement: Unlike UAB, branch/representative offices are not required to have a minimum share capital.
- Management Structure: At least one director is needed for the branch/representative office. There are no mandatory requirements for the director or representatives to be local residents.
